At CLARLI, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a CLARLI Gift Card.

Processing Time
Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
Store credit is issued as a CLARLI Gift Card via email - it never expires and can be used on any future order.

Return Window
 Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
 Items must be in new condition — unworn and unwashed.
Tags must be attached.
Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.
