General & Product Information
At CLARLI, we specialize exclusively in bracelets. This allows us to focus on every detail: design, comfort, shine, and durability. Each piece is made to be worn every day, with a modern, clean style that fits both streetwear and more dressed-up outfits.
Depending on the design, our bracelets are made from high-quality stainless steel and/or gold plating, nickel-free and lead-free to help reduce the risk of irritation. The exact materials used are always listed on each product page.
Yes, our bracelets are waterproof and designed to handle regular contact with water (hand washing, rain, etc.). However, like all jewelry, prolonged exposure to water, salt, chlorine, or harsh chemicals can speed up wear and dull the shine over time. To keep your bracelets looking new, we recommend not leaving them in water for too long and drying them carefully afterward.
Yes. We offer a detailed size guide that shows you how to measure your wrist in just a few seconds. You can find it on each product page and in our “Size Guide” section.
Gently wipe your bracelets with a soft, dry cloth on a regular basis. Store them away from humidity and separate from other jewelry to avoid micro-scratches. Try to avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, household products, and chlorine to preserve the shine of the metal and stones.
Our bracelets are waterproof, so occasional contact with water (quick shower, hand washing) is fine. However, to maximize their lifespan, we recommend taking them off for swimming pools, the ocean and long baths.
Orders, Shipping & Returns
In most cases, your order will arrive within 3 to 8 business days after it has been shipped, depending on your country and the time of year. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we’ll check if shipping is available.
Our standard shipping fee is $4.99. The exact amount is always displayed before you confirm your order at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. You can follow your package in real time until it’s delivered.
If your order has not yet been prepared, we may still be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order is being prepared or has been shipped, changes are no longer possible, but you can request a return after receiving it.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive anything, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the situation, offer an appropriate solution (replacement, store credit, or refund).
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, as long as the bracelet has not been worn, is in perfect condition, and is returned in its original packaging. To start a return, simply contact us with your order number. You can find full details on our dedicated Returns Policy page.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we usually process the refund within 3 to 7 business days. The refund is issued using the same payment method you used at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may take a little extra time to show the amount on your statement.
Discount codes must be entered and applied before you confirm your order. Once an order has been placed, we’re not able to add a promo code retroactively. If you forgot to use a code, you can still apply it to a future order (as long as it’s still valid).
